Yes, the procedure starts with filling out the application form and sending us your request. After visiting the property, we would like to discuss your plans for the property and how we can realize them.


All funds are going directly to your designated accounts, including security deposits. 


All maintenance requests will be reviewed in a timely manner. Usually, we will discuss our maintenance with you and establish a retainer to cover upcoming payments. For larger repairs, we will always request estimates from different vendors to offer the best available price to performance ratio.


We advertise through multiple websites, including social media. We also place yard signs and hold open house sessions. Our process has proven to be reliable and effective in finding the right tenant in the shortest possible time.


This is a three-step process, Step one is a complete background check (criminal, eviction, and credit). Step two is proof of income. Step three is current landlord verification.


You will receive the monthly rent roll, the property condition report, and the year-end statements.


Yes, in addition to our management fee, we offer a project management service. Based on our experience we plan and realize capital improvement projects. Our key factors include budgetary control and time management for effectively carrying out your vision. 


Our current business model is based on, but not limited to, Multifamily homes and Commercial business parks.


Various factors like size, age, and location are considered when calculating an appropriate fee. A rule of thumb is 8-10 percent of the collected rent. We prefer an open discussion about your plans for the property in order to determine a fair fee.
