This is easy, use our contact form or text us the address of the property you are interested in, your full name, and email. (Note that we need this information from every prospective resident over the age of 18). After we have received your information we will send you a link for the mandatory background check. This is a three-step process consisting of a complete background check (criminal, eviction, and credit), proof of income, and current landlord verification. We will get back to you as soon as we have received the results.


After the lease is signed by you and the landlord, we will send you a link to set up your online account. All payments are online including the security deposit.


Yes, the late fee will be applied to your account accordantly to your lease.


The first step is to look up in your rent agreement what is included. For utilities that are not included, you will have to complete an application. Chose one of the following for your area.

No, every tenant has different needs for their TV and Internet. You will have to contact a cable and internet provider independently.


Yes, you can have a cosigner on your lease, but your cosigner must also pass the three-step background check.


Every maintenance request has to be in writing. Please use the contact form. If there is an emergency situation you can also text or call 941-404-8408.


Yes, your security deposit is refundable, based on the condition to be determined at the move out inspection. 


If the property allows pets, a pet addendum needs to be signed and a pet fee will be collected. A written application is required. Please use the contact form.

Yes, you can have a roommate. However, every person has to apply in writing and must pass the three-step background check in order to be approved. 


Renter Insurance is highly recommended. This type of insurance protects your personal belongings and gives you liability protection. You are not covered under the landlord's policy. Please contact an insurance broker to get a plan that fits for you.


As stated on your lease contract, you have to give a 30-day notice in writing to the landlord or property management company. After receiving your notice, we will send you a checklist for your move-out process.
